The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marufuji lands a jab to the nose.

Marufuji throws a front kick aimed at Cinderblocks's knee but Cinderblocks avoids it well.

No joy there for Cinderblocks, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Marufuji is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Marufuji! Cinderblocks is out on his feet! Marufuji rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Cinderblocks is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Cinderblocks is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
