The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xiilianiatoph avoids a punch combination nicely.

Xiilianiatoph gets in close and instigates a clinch.

and Xiilianiatoph counters with a head kick that drops Volkov to the mat! Volkov scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Volkov lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Volkov lands with an uppercut that bounces Xiilianiatoph off the cage and back into range.
Xiilianiatoph clobbers Volkov with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Volkov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Xiilianiatoph pinned against the cage. Xiilianiatoph gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
