Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Fist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Phoenix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Phoenix catches Fist right on the button with a cross.
Fist looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Fist moves away from the strike by Phoenix.
Phoenix drops Fist with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fist looks back up at him and smiles so Phoenix waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Kyle Fist has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A punch combination from Phoenix misses.
Phoenix clinches.
Phoenix lands a hook to the side of the head.
Phoenix manages to break the clinch.
Phoenix batters Fist with a massive right followed by a huge left! Fist is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Phoenix lands a final crushing right hand to drop Fist to the mat with a gruesome thud! Phoenix is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Simon Phoenix!
