The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCallahan bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
McCallahan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cormier paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A swing and a miss from Cormier.
McCallahan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Cormier just misses with a punch to the body.
McCallahan throws a half hearted mid kick.
Cormier ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McCallahan moves away.
McCallahan tries to clinch but Cormier moves out of range.
Cormier throws a series of punches but McCallahan moves out of range.

Cormier sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

McCallahan wants to clinch up but Cormier keeps it at a distance.

McCallahan connects with a nasty looking knee right to Cormier's face.
Cormier is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables McCallahan to keep the fight standing.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

It looks like Razor McCallahan has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cormier softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and McCallahan is out cold! Cormier jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
