Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paavo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Coffey thows a body shot but no joy.
Coffey ducks under a wild hook from Paavo.

Paavo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Coffey connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Paavo scrambles back to his feet.
Coffey fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Paavo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Coffey misses with a low kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

It looks like Hyper Paavo has been cut.

No joy there for Coffey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Paavo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Coffey moves away.
Coffey thuds a left hand into Paavo's body.

Paavo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Coffey lands a nice hook to Paavo's body. Paavo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Coffey fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Paavo manages to avoid it.
A decent looking cross lands there for Coffey.
Paavo takes one on the chin but seems OK.
That has opened up Hyper Paavo's cut even more.

Paavo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Coffey feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Paavo sprawling to the canvas! Paavo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Coffey finish him?!
Paavo is rocked!
The cut above Hyper Paavo's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Coffey lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Paavo at a distance.
Coffey drops Paavo with a straight right hand, right on the button! Coffey follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Coffey!
