Rodrigues is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Joe Walsh - In the City. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Rodrigues misses.
Nowak moves out of range as Rodrigues strikes.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Rodrigues tries to buck Nowak off but Nowak is having none of it.
Nowak cracks Rodrigues with a big right hand but Rodrigues just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Nowak will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Rodrigues avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Nowak.

Rodrigues is looking to improve his position but Nowak isn't that keen on the idea.

Nowak with shots to the head and body - Rodrigues looks very uncomfortable down there.
Rodrigues's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Nowak pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Nowak cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Oooooh, big shot lands for Nowak! Rodrigues is hurt baaadly! Nowak is firing away with more strikes - Rodrigues is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
