Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Fernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grimlock Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fernandez's entrance music is Pantera . A fine choice. Jones has chosen Wu Tang Clan - Method Man as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Grimlock Jones enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandez falls off balance throwing a combination
and Jones counters with a low kick, right behind Fernandez 's knee.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fernandez crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jones - the referee stops the clock and Fernandez gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jones. Fernandez manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Fernandez throws a lazy right hand but Jones sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Jones moves into range and clinches up with Fernandez.
Fernandez looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Jones lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Jones has Fernandez pressed against the cage, preventing Fernandez from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Fernandez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jones has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fernandez has managed to get both his arms back between Jones's legs - danger averted.

No joy there for Fernandez, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Fernandez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jones can pounce on him.

Jones fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fernandez has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
