The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Parry shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Parry showed some decent athleticism there.
Jackson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jackson tries to get out of the position.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Parry moves nicely into side control.
Jackson is trying to control Parry's posture but Parry avoids it.

Jackson is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Parry is controlling him well.
Parry has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Jackson!

Parry is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jackson to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jackson shrugs it off.
