The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews throws a right and a left that Rawlins avoids nicely.
Andrews slips a jab and a cross from Rawlins.
Andrews throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rawlins.
Andrews swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rawlins counters with a thumping low kick.
Andrews misses with a few strikes there.
Rawlins lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Rawlins.

Rawlins gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Andrews wants a takedown but no success here.
Andrews takes a shot to the head.
Rawlins landing knees to the head.

It looks like Aaron Andrews has been cut.

Rawlins gets control of Andrews's arms and successfully pulls guard. Rawlins will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Rawlins has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Andrews doesn't defend quickly enough and Rawlins has managed to lock this one up! Can Andrews escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Rawlins on a fantastic submission victory.
