Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Papoh Bamoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ferdinando Ferrari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bamoya might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lupang Hinirang. Ferdinando Ferrari has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ferrari shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bamoya is trying to defend but Ferrari finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bamoya is trying to stand up here but Ferrari is controlling him well.

Ferrari is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Bamoya's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Bamoya tries to lock up and control but Ferrari gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Oh Bamoya is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ferrari loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Bamoya scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Ferrari land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Ferrari stands and salutes the crowd.
