Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blake Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyler Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Blake Mac!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker throws a combination. Mac tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Walker swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Walker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mac tries to avoid it but Walker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mac to the ground. Mac escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Walker misses with a double jab.
Tyler Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walker fails to land with a series of punches.
Walker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mac looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Walker has a takedown stuffed.

Walker gets a clinch.
Mac can't break the clinch.
With the fighters up against the cage, Mac throws an elbow but misses.
Mac tries a knee to the head but Walker blocks it.

Walker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Walker throws a shot from downtown. Mac moves away and avoids it.
Walker throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mac's waist but Mac gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Walker off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyler Walker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A head kick misses from Mac.
Walker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mac.

Walker changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mac looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Walker decides to stand back up. Walker steps back and let's Mac get back to his feet.

Mac tries to close the distance and clinch but Walker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Walker misses with a looping left.

Mac looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mac moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Mac takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Walker clinches up with Mac and pushes him back against the cage.
Walker prevents Mac from breaking the clinch.

Walker manages to pull guard.

Walker is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mac wants to get back to his feet.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Walker connects with a nice short shot to Mac's temple.
Walker looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mac with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Mac regains full guard. Nicely done.
Walker scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Walker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Walker cracks Mac with a solid left hand.
Walker postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Walker darts in and clinches Mac up against the cage.
Walker keeps control of Mac as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Mac steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Walker.

Mac moves out of range of the body kick from Walker.
Walker throws a right hand that Mac ducks under and follows up with a left that Mac also avoids with ease.
Mac moves away from the strike by Walker.
Mac tries to clinch up but Walker circles away and keeps his distance.
Mac throws an overhand right that lands on Walker's shoulder, as Walker tries to avoid the shot.
Walker misses with a body shot.

Walker clinches with his opponent.

Walker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mac fails with an attempt to clinch.
Walker misses with a wild body shot.
Walker with a nice cross.
Walker is looking to wear down Mac with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Walker takes a swing at Mac's ribcage but misses.
Mac tries to bum rush Walker with a series of wild strikes but Walker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Walker lands a head kick. Mac smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Walker closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mac throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Walker blocks it with crossed arms.
Mac wants to break free but Walker has control.
Mac is trying to break free.
Walker goes for a takedown in the clinch but Mac prevents it.
Mac wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Walker wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tyler Walker dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Mac throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Walker stumbling backwards into the cage! Walker bounces back off the cage towards Mac, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Mac lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Mac celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Blake Mac!
