The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez looking to score a takedown here. Mcdoogle is defending well but Hernandez drives through and ends up in Mcdoogle's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Mcdoogle working for a triangle but Hernandez defends it easily.
Hernandez with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
It looks like Donny Mcdoogle has been cut.
Hernandez missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Hernandez throws a big elbow that misses.
Hernandez is looking to work some ground and pound but Mcdoogle has wrist control.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hernandez keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Mcdoogle's head.
That has opened up Donny Mcdoogle's cut even more.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hernandez pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mcdoogle is keeping the position for now.
Mcdoogle had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hernandez defends it easily.
Hernandez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hernandez throws an elbow that misses. Mcdoogle uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hernandez's guard. Nice move by Mcdoogle!

Hernandez uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Hernandez fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Mcdoogle out cold! Brutal finish!
