Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raleigh Theodore Sakers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Horse Spudd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sakers comes to the cage accompanied by Ball out. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Horse Spudd!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spudd takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Spudd looking to score a takedown here. Sakers is defending well but Spudd drives through and ends up in Sakers's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Sakers seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sakers keeping moving, preventing Spudd from controlling successfully.
Sakers wants to sweep here but Spudd controlling him for the moment.
Sakers manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Spudd manages to get himself to full guard.

Sakers is stalling here. Spudd is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Sakers seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Spudd has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
The strikes coming from Spudd are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Sakers lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Spudd!
The referee warns Spudd that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Sakers breaks from Spudd's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sakers lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Spudd is in a horrible position here. Sakers smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sakers looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Spudd covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
