PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pat McGroin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bazar Problema (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Problema looks for a takedown but McGroin sprawls well.
McGroin scores with a jab.

It looks like Bazar Problema has been cut.
Problema fails with an attempt to clinch.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Problema lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and McGroin has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from McGroin and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
McGroin throws a hook but Problema avoids it easily.

Problema has McGroin up against the cage in a clinch.
McGroin swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Problema is looking for a takedown up against the cage. McGroin gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Problema pulls McGroin into guard.

McGroin gets to his feet - Problema follows without any prompting.
Problema shoots in for a double leg but McGroin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Pat McGroin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bazar Problema.

and McGroin counters with a nice uppercut.
McGroin dances in with a quick combination. Problema is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from McGroin snaps Problema's head back. Problema stumbles backwards against the cage. McGroin steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Problema's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Problema just didn't come prepared.
