Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Duncan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Proudstar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duncan comes to the cage accompanied by Haka . Proudstar comes into a darkened arena with his song building. "Run to the hills" by Iron Maiden kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Proudstar has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that James Proudstar was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Proudstar takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Proudstar takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Duncan has closed the distance and engaged Proudstar in a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Duncan lands a nice uppercut.

It looks like James Proudstar has been cut.

Proudstar is fighting off a takedown attempt but Duncan is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Proudstar to the mat. Proudstar regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Duncan postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Proudstar covers up, he's hurt! Duncan keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Duncan and the ref steps in to end the fight! Duncan can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
