Alighieri comes to the cage accompanied by Mosquito Song by Queens Of The Stone Age. Red is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Click Click Boom! - Saliva. Tristan Alighieri has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alighieri fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Alighieri shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Red napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Alighieri is trying to move to mount but Red reverses beautifully and ends up in Alighieri's guard.
Red wanted to stand there but Alighieri had control of the position.

Red thows a body kick. Alighieri tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Alighieri drops his hands momentarily and Red takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Red ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Red throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Alighieri throws a right and a left that Red avoids nicely.
Alighieri fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Red manages to avoid it.
Red lands a lovely overhand right.
Alighieri throws a body punch but Red moves out of range.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Tristan Alighieri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Red throws a right hand that Alighieri ducks under and follows up with a left that Alighieri also avoids with ease.
Alighieri will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.

Red lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Alighieri goes down and covers up as Red starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

Power Ranger Red spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
