Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noah Cd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolf has chosen Primus: John the Fisherman as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cd misses with a body kick.

Cd fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wolf manages to avoid it.
Cd wants to slow Wolf down by chopping away at his legs.

Wolf swings for the body but Cd moves out of range.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Wolf.

Cd instigates a clinch.
Cd tries a body shot but Wolf blocks it.
A short right from Cd on the inside.
Cd tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Wolf walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Cd checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Wolf shoots for a double leg takedown but Cd sprawls well. He's pushed Wolf's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Wolf lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

and Cd makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Cd turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Cd clinches up with Wolf and pushes him back against the cage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Wolf gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Cd regains guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Cd seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Wolf slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Cd wants to stand up but Wolf is controlling him.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Noah Cd will probably get the nod.

A nice leg kick lands there from Wolf.
Wolf is looking to chop away at Cd's legs.
Cd blocks a low kick nicely.
Wolf dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cd. That did some damage!

Cd escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wolf lands with a thumping leg kick.

Wolf gets tackled into the cage by Cd. Cd maintains the clinch.
Cd throws a head punch that misses.
Cd lands a shoulder strike.

Cd breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wolf moves out of range of the strikes.
Wolf fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cd.
Some bone on bone action there as Wolf checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Cd tries to close the distance and clinch but Wolf swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Cd cracks a nice hook into Wolf's ribs.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Noah Cd.
