Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sthawy Sthowp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cage Slaughter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sthowp comes to the cage accompanied by Blind Guardian - Into the Storn. Slaughter has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Cage Slaughter was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slaughter throws a head kick but Sthowp moves out of range.
Sthawy Sthowp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sthowp shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Slaughter as he jumps to the side.
Slaughter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sthowp on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Slaughter connects with the punch.
Sthowp shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Slaughter throws a head kick but Sthowp moves out of range.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sthowp.

Sthowp tries for a takedown but Slaughter sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Sthowp tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Slaughter swivels and escapes.
Sthowp shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Slaughter as he avoids it easily.
Sthowp shoots in but no luck this time.
Sthowp shoots for a double leg takedown but Slaughter sprawls well. He's pushed Sthowp's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Horrible takedown by Sthowp or perhaps it was just good defense by Slaughter which made him look bad.
Slaughter throws a head kick that half lands.
Sthowp walks into a left hand.
Slaughter throws a right hand that Sthowp ducks under and follows up with a left that Sthowp also avoids with ease.
Cage Slaughter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
No luck for Sthowp with that takedown attempt.
Sthowp shoots in looking for a takedown. Slaughter tries to sprawl out of it but Sthowp keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Slaughter manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice takedown defense from Slaughter. No joy for Sthowp on that attempt.
Sthowp shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Slaughter as he jumps to the side.
Sthowp tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Slaughter swivels and escapes.
Sthowp will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Slaughter gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Sthowp working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Sthowp has control of Slaughter's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Slaughter regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Sthowp wants to take his opponent's back but Slaughter doesn't allow it.

Sthowp won't let Slaughter get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Slaughter has given up his back. Will we see Sthowp going for some submissions?
Slaughter is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Sthowp off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Sthowp is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Slaughter knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Slaughter for a finish.

Sthowp is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Slaughter has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Sthowp has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Slaughter is defending well but eventually Sthowp manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Slaughter has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
