The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Carlito misses with a hook from the clinch.

Q ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Q no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Q is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Carlito got a little sloppy there for a moment and Q has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Carlito has managed to get both his arms back between Q's legs - danger averted.
Carlito knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Q on the ground.
Carlito wants to stand but Q is controlling his posture from full guard.

Carlito drops back, looking for a kneebar! Q looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Q looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Q!

Q in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Carlito is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
