The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiorgite misses with a takedown
and Rangarajan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Greissi Jiorgite has been cut.
Jiorgite will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The fighters circling - Rangarajan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Jiorgite shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rangarajan pinned against the cage. Rangarajan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Rangarajan lands a nice hook to Jiorgite's body. Jiorgite takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
