Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adelard Desormeaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perry has chosen Cara Dillon vs. 2 Devine - Black Is the Colour (Coco & Green Remix) as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid body kick from Desormeaux.
Adelard Desormeaux seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Perry fails to land with a series of punches.

Desormeaux will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Desormeaux fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Perry.

Perry takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Desormeaux throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Desormeaux walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Good leg kick by Desormeaux there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Perry takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Perry's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Perry throws a series of punches but Desormeaux avoids them all with ease.

Adelard Desormeaux is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A head kick by Desormeaux - that's a beauty! Perry is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Desormeaux can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
