Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brutus Baltazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Malik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malik has chosen Rocky Theme as his entrance music. Sam Malik told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brutus Baltazar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sam Malik!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malik throws a right hand that Baltazar ducks under and follows up with a left that Baltazar also avoids with ease.
Malik throws a combination that misses
and Baltazar counters with a straight right hand.
Baltazar wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Malik misses with a combination
enabling Baltazar to counter with a crisp jab.

Baltazar drops Malik with a beautiful combination! Malik stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Baltazar is looking for the KO!

It looks like Sam Malik has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Malik looks to land a combination but Baltazar avoids it well.
Malik tries to clinch up.
Left hook, right uppercut from Malik.
Malik fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Baltazar avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Malik on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Baltazar. Baltazar obviously looking to wear him down.
Malik tries to clinch but Baltazar is having none of it.
Baltazar lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Baltazar sizes up Malik with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Malik is rocked!
Malik swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Baltazar counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
