Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Predir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timur Rakhimov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Timur Rakhimov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Predir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Timur Rakhimov!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rakhimov looks to land a combination but Predir avoids it well.
Rakhimov changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Rakhimov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Predir.
Rakhimov moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Rakhimov throws a shot to the body.
Rakhimov lands a jab to the head.
Predir shoots in looking for a takedown. Rakhimov tries to sprawl out of it but Predir keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rakhimov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rakhimov scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Rakhimov's corner calls for a 1-2. Rakhimov obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Predir is looking to clinch.
Rakhimov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rakhimov feints a jab promting Predir to slip. Rakhimov then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Predir slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Predir clinches.

Predir successfully pulls guard.
Predir wants to sweep but no luck.

Predir has his feet on Rakhimov's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Predir pushes Rakhimov up against the cage in a clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Predir has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Rakhimov clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Predir punches the canvas rather than the man.

Predir working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Rakhimov is doing well to defend. Predir seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Rakhimov is forced to tap and this one is over!
