Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Magatsu Taito!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nishiura throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Taito sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Taito fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nishiura listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Taito tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nishiura swivels and escapes.
Taito takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Nishiura moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Akiyo Nishiura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Taito shoots in looking for a takedown. Nishiura tries to sprawl out of it but Taito keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nishiura manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Nishiura tries to clinch but Taito is having none of it.
Taito on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Taito is looking for a sweep. Nishiura is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That was a close round but I would say that Magatsu Taito will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Taito takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Nishiura pushes down on Taito's leg and manages to get into half guard.

I would just about give that final round to Akiyo Nishiura.
