Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Bader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Prien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prien has chosen Yellow Submarine as his entrance music. Martin Prien has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ryan Bader!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Martin Prien!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Steve Erwin and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bader has his takedown stuffed
and Prien counters with a takedown into side control.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Prien trying to control the action but Bader is working from the bottom.
Bader takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Bader taking a bit of punishment here - Prien scoring with strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Prien tries to move to mount but Bader blocks the move with his legs.
Prien scores with a couple of short elbows.
Bader tries to bench press Prien off him but Prien keeps the position.
Prien tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Prien works to advance to full mount. Bader defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bader is wriggling around trying to escape.
Prien working for a submission but Bader is keeping him at bay.
Bader really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
BOOM! Prien connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Bader tries to reverse the position but Prien maintains control.
Prien has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bader's face.
Bader is trying desperately to improve position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Prien with good strikes from the mount here!
Prien softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Bader is out cold! Prien jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Martin Prien!
A relieved looking Martin Prien thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
