Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nate Tua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heyt Glare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Ryoma Takatsuka and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tua looks for a takedown but Glare sprawls well.
Glare shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tua pinned against the cage. Tua gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Glare throws out a leg kick but Tua moves out of range and Glare only half commits.

Glare gets a clinch.
Glare is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Tua keeps control of Glare as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Glare manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Glare really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tua. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Glare ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Glare no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Tua is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Glare is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Glare has escaped and now he's on top!

A close round but Heyt Glare will probably get the nod.
That's time! Tua's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Tua tries a head kick but it misses.
Glare leaves Tua with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Glare tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tua sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Glare somewhat.

Tua manages to reverse the position and now he's in Glare's guard. Nice work there by Tua.

Tua thows a huge punch but Glare dodges it nicely.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Glare is refusing to be controlled, as Tua sits in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nate Tua will probably get the nod.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tua checks a leg kick.

Glare is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Glare using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Tua has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A frustrated look appears on Glare's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Tua pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Glare tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
