Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jon Fitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcos Cavalcante Ribeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fitch comes to the cage accompanied by Till I Collapse- Eminem. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitch works Cavalcante Ribeiro's body with a nice hook.
Fitch lands a jab to Cavalcante Ribeiro's midsection.
Fitch fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cavalcante Ribeiro manages to avoid it.
Cavalcante Ribeiro goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Cavalcante Ribeiro takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Cavalcante Ribeiro takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Nice takedown defense from Fitch. No joy for Cavalcante Ribeiro on that attempt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
