Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damien OQuinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Riggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tim Riggins is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Paul Gruel and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

OQuinn dives in and scores a takedown into Riggins's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
OQuinn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Riggins swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Riggins pushes OQuinn off and gets back to his feet.
Riggins works OQuinn's body with a nice hook.
Riggins ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Riggins misses with a few strikes there.
No joy there for Riggins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
OQuinn takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Riggins moves into range and connects with a jab.
Riggins comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Riggins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
OQuinn is looking to clinch but Riggins is avoiding it.
Riggins will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nice uppercut there from Riggins.

Riggins scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Riggins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Riggins tests OQuinn's chin there with a solid looking shot.

OQuinn is rocked!
Riggins throws a right and a left that OQuinn avoids nicely.
Oh OQuinn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Riggins darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! OQuinn's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Riggins before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
