The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Nelson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
No luck for Pace with that takedown attempt.
Pace tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nelson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Nelson connects with a knee to the head.
Nelson lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Pace can't get the takedown.
Nelson has a couple of punches blocked by Pace.
Pace goes for a takedown in the clinch but Nelson prevents it.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nelson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Nelson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pace. Pace circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Oh Pace is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Nelson knocks Pace out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
