The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammerstorm tries to bum rush Ojurere with a series of wild strikes but Ojurere uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hammerstorm throws a sloppy head kick and Ojurere moves out of range easily.
Hammerstorm throws a right and a left that Ojurere avoids nicely.
Ojurere lands with a nice body punch.
Hammerstorm tries to bum rush Ojurere with a series of wild strikes but Ojurere uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Hammerstorm bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Ojurere avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Hammerstorm.
Ojurere pushes Hammerstorm away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hammerstorm gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Hammerstorm is nestled in close to Ojurere, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ojurere got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hammerstorm has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ojurere has managed to get both his arms back between Hammerstorm's legs - danger averted.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hammerstorm is on top in guard.
Hammerstorm stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ojurere swivels though and keeps the full guard.
