Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Warren Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dell Trotter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams comes to the cage accompanied by Bang Your Head. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dell Trotter was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trotter waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Adams.
The fighters circling - Trotter throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Adams fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Trotter lands a glancing blow to the side of Adams's head.
Trotter swats away the attempt to clinch by Adams.
Adams is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Adams jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Adams walks into a straight right hand from Trotter.
The fight stays on the outside here - Adams looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Trotter throws a nice looking combination but Adams bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Trotter connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Warren Adams has been cut.
Adams tries to clinch up but Trotter circles away and keeps his distance.
The fighters circle momentarily. Trotter darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Trotter has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Trotter lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Adams uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Trotter.
Trotter connects with a good right hand that stumbles Adams. Adams circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Adams slips under a jab.
Adams tries to clinch but Trotter moves out of range.

and Adams counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Trotter!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Adams looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Trotter is working to get back to half guard.

Trotter squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Adams working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Trotter tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Adams scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Adams is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Trotter is surviving well by controlling Adams's body position as best he can.

Adams lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Adams counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Adams trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Adams has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Trotter to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Adams is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Trotter pulls down on the head and he's put Adams to sleep! This one is all over!
