Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikal Helio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tong Van damm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Helio might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to You are the best Around!. Van damm has chosen Life Goes On as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helio misses with a leg kick
and Helio takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A solid leg kick lands there for Van damm.
Van damm takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Van damm uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Helio.
Helio throws a lazy body kick
and Van damm counters with a nice low kick that buckles Helio's knee momentarily.
Van damm forces Helio back against the cage and clinches.
Van damm misses with a hook to the ribs.
Van damm has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Helio clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Helio bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

and Van damm counters with a nice uppercut.
Helio is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Van damm's half guard.
