Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Terzis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Jo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jim Jo!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terzis fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jo's corner calls for a 1-2. Jo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Terzis swats away the attempt to clinch by Jo.
Jab by Terzis.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jo tries to clinch up.
Jo tries to bum rush Terzis with a series of wild strikes but Terzis uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Terzis connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jo. Jo circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jo takes one on the button.
Jo throws a sloppy head kick and Terzis moves out of range easily.
Jo looks for a takedown but Terzis sprawls well.
Terzis catches Jo with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Terzis connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Terzis as he jumps to the side.

Jo shoots in looking for a takedown. Terzis tries to sprawl out of it but Jo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Terzis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Thomas Terzis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Jo.

Terzis clobbers Jo with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Jo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Jo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Terzis's waist but Terzis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jo off to one side.
Terzis scores with a jab. Jo acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Jo shoots in for a takedown but Terzis shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Jo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Jo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Terzis stuns Jo with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Terzis defends it nicely.
Jo takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Terzis throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Terzis cracks Jo with an open hand slap.
Terzis works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Terzis, as that shot connected.
Jo lands a leg kick that knocks Terzis off balance momentarily.
Terzis fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Terzis is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Jo doesn't manage to clinch there - Terzis circles away.

Jo has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Terzis lands with a hook. Jo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Jo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Terzis to score with a decent uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jo takes one to the chin there.
Terzis dodges the punch combination from Jo.
Terzis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jo shoots in and drives through. Terzis sprawls well.
Jo is trying desperately to land a takedown but Terzis is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jo.

Jim Jo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jim Jo hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
