PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franklin Aggot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Kicko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mike Kicko was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aggot shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kicko's guard.
Kicko is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kicko controlling the action here.
Aggot is staying active underneath Kicko, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Kicko is controlling the pace.
Aggot might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Kicko thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Kicko is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Kicko wants to free his trapped foot but Aggot is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Aggot on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Aggot tries to get out of the position.

Kicko is working for a submission of some sort.
Aggot looks like he's trying to stand up.
Kicko works his way into side control.

Kicko is looking to take a break and control but Aggot is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Kicko tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kicko has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Kicko is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Aggot is trying to escape and Kicko transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Aggot is forced to tap! Nice work there by Kicko! Very nice indeed!
