Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Piotr Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Gail (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gail but Gail pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Rasputin tries to clinch but Gail moves out of range.
Gail closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Still in half guard, Gail seems content to control.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Wayne Gail was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Rasputin gets a double leg takedown into Gail's guard.
Gail is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Gail looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Rasputin wants to control the action here but instead Gail manages to pass to full mount!
Rasputin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rasputin tries to get out of the position.

Gail takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gail unloads with some shots from mount but Rasputin bucks and avoids them well.

Gail is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Rasputin can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gail is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Rasputin defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Gail slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gail has his arm under Rasputin's chin here. Game over son! Gail squeezes tightly and Rasputin is forced to tap out!
