The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasquez fails with the takedown.
Orangotango throws a right and a left that Vasquez avoids nicely.
Orangotango connects with a body shot.
Orangotango misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A punch combination from Orangotango misses.
Vasquez swats away the attempt to clinch by Orangotango.
Vasquez looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Vasquez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Orangotango avoids it really well and circles away.

Vasquez gets tackled into the cage by Orangotango. Orangotango maintains the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Orangotango's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Vasquez has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Orangotango is trying to keep an underhook but Vasquez manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Vasquez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Orangotango. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Orangotango wants to stand but Vasquez is controlling the position.
Vasquez is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Vasquez stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Orangotango has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Vasquez manages to get his head free but now Orangotango has transitioned to an armbar! Vasquez grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Orangotango! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
