Edwards comes to the cage accompanied by Kick In the Door. Bo Haize is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards wants to clinch up but Haize keeps it at a distance.
Edwards shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Haize defends it nicely.
Haize lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Haize avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Haize connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Edwards momentarily.
Haize swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bo Haize seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Haize lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Haize throws a right and a left that both miss.
Haize connects with a looping right hand.

Edwards shoots in and bounces Haize off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Haize is adopting a defensive guard.

Edwards looking to sit in guard and control but Haize gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Edwards is working an open guard so Haize takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
