Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Il throws a lazy right hand but Neely sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Il throws a series of punches but Neely moves out of range.
Neely lands a nice shot to the body.
Neely jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Il tries to close the distance and clinch but Neely swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Neely slips a straight right by Il.
Neely lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Neely shoots for a double leg takedown but Il sprawls well. He's pushed Neely's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Neely scores with a nice strike.
Il with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Neely to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Kim Jong Il has been cut.
Il throws the left hand but Neely avoids the punch easily.
Il swings for the body but Neely moves out of range.
Il defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Neely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Il throws a jab but it's blocked by Neely.
Il dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Il lands a really nice looking cross but Neely seems unphased.

It looks like Jack Neely has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Neely avoids the body shot from Il.
Neely uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Il.
Il tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Neely was well out of range. Poor timing from Il.
Nice takedown defense from Il. No joy for Neely on that attempt.

Neely has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Neely is looking for a kimura but Il is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Neely to get the leverage.
Neely tries to pass to full mount but Il defends it.
Neely throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Il wants to control but Neely is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Il is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Neely pulls his head out easily.
Neely is nestled in close to Il, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Il is looking to improve his position.

Il wants to get back to full guard.
Neely is trying to control the action in half guard but Il is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Il tries to kick Neely off but Neely keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Neely connects with a nice short shot to Il's temple.

Il is rocked!

That has opened up Kim Jong Il's cut even more.
Neely postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Il out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Neely goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
