McDoogle uses his free foot to push down on Santiago's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Santiago.

McDoogle is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! McDoogle extends the arm and Santiago is forced to tap!
