Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Herod Otto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
25 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Sydney, Gerlach Rutger!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Otto tries to close the distance and clinch but Rutger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Otto tries a head kick but it misses.
Otto moves into the clinch.
Rutger looking for a takedown.
Otto lands a body punch.
Otto misses with a knee strike.
Rutger can't get the takedown.
Rutger tries for a takedown. No joy.
Herod Otto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gerlach Rutger.
Otto unloads a knee to the mid-section. Rutger lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Otto throws a knee to the head but misses.

It looks like Gerlach Rutger has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Otto tries a body shot but Rutger blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Otto creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Rutger's defenses.
Otto landing knees to the body.
Rutger looks gassed!
Otto tries to land knees in the clinch but Rutger avoids the damage to the body.
Rutger is working for takedown but Otto is calmly controlling the position for now.
Otto lands a damaging elbow.
That has opened up Gerlach Rutger's cut even more.
Otto lands an elbow inside.
Otto using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Otto.
Otto lands an elbow just above Rutger 's eye.
The cut above Gerlach Rutger's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Otto stalling against the cage.
Rutger blocks a body shot from Otto.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Still in the clinch, Otto scores with a nice short uppercut.
Gerlach Rutger's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Otto creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Gerlach Rutger's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
