Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggory throws a right hand that Sypher ducks under and follows up with a left that Sypher also avoids with ease.
Sypher misses with a series of wild punches.
Sypher swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Diggory throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
so Sypher counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Diggory is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Diggory wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Sypher manages to pass to side control.
Well, if Sypher is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Diggory tries to kick Sypher off but Sypher keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Sypher lands with a punch from half guard.
Sypher seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Sypher has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sypher working over Diggory with some ground and pound. Diggory looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Sypher is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Sypher has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Diggory is trying to stand but he's just given Sypher his back.
Sypher is cranking Diggory's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Diggory! He's tightened the choke and Diggory is tapping out!
