Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirt McGirt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter's entrance music is Kanye West - I Don't Like (Remix) Feat. Pusha T, Chief Keef, Big Sean, & J. A fine choice. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGirt throws a head kick that misses.

McGirt fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hunter to the ground. McGirt is now in Hunter's guard.
McGirt trying to control the position from guard on top but Hunter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Dirt McGirt hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
McGirt avoids the head kick by Hunter.

McGirt closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hunter to the mat! Hunter manages to get full guard.
McGirt wants to control from the top but Hunter keeps moving.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Dirt McGirt was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Hunter tries to clinch up but McGirt circles away and keeps his distance.
Hunter shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McGirt but McGirt pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

McGirt thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

McGirt tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McGirt has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

McGirt fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hunter, pushing him back against the ropes.

Hunter has McGirt pressed against the ropes, preventing McGirt from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

McGirt gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
McGirt wants to control from the top but Hunter keeps moving.
McGirt makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McGirt feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Hunter is trying to defend against the ground and pound but McGirt scores with a couple of nice shots.

Hunter tries to hold on but McGirt pushes him away.
McGirt lands a big shot there that rocks Hunter but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hunter is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
McGirt postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hunter looks a forlorn figure.
Dirt McGirt has got the better of the ground game so far.
McGirt tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
