Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deadguy Deftone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Greene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler Greene is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Deadguy Deftone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyler Greene!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deftone is trying hard to land a takedown here. Greene sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Greene looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Deftone tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Greene swivels and escapes.
Deftone closes this distance looking for a takedown but Greene circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Deadguy Deftone. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Greene tries to work over Deftone's front leg with a kick but Deftone checks it.

Deftone shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Greene manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Deftone has gone for a leg lock! Greene slips out almost immediately though and dives into Deftone's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Deftone not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Greene wants to stand but Deftone has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Greene is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Greene got a little sloppy there for a moment and Deftone has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Greene has managed to get both his arms back between Deftone's legs - danger averted.
Deftone looking to hit a scissor sweep but Greene is one step ahead there.
Greene makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Deftone is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Tyler Greene was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Deftone throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Greene attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Deftone changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Greene tries to avoid it but Deftone manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Greene to the ground. Greene escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Deftone shoots in for a double leg but Greene sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
The fight stays on the outside here - Greene looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Deftone shoots in for a takedown but Greene shows good takedown defense.
Greene displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Deftone.
Deftone fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Greene closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Deftone's guard.

Greene distracts Deftone with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Deftone knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Greene on the ground.

Greene is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Deadguy Deftone.

Greene gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Deftone.

Greene has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Greene can do anything to dispel that myth.

Deftone is trying to control. Greene wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Greene is squirming around, avoiding Deftone's attempts to control the action.

Deftone wants to finish this one by submission but Greene is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Deftone.
Greene tries to hold on but Deftone pushes him away.

Deftone is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Greene to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Greene shrugs it off.
Greene keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Greene is squirming around, avoiding Deftone's attempts to control the action.
Greene can't escape the position.
Deftone in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Deftone throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Greene because Deftone loaded up on that one.
Deftone fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Greene is trying desperately to improve position.

Deadguy Deftone showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Deftone has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
