The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Daniel Vieira Moreira has been cut.
Zod connects with the punch.
Zod displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Moreira throws out the jab.
Zod fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Moreira on the side of the head.
Zod fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Moreira misses with a combination
and Zod counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zod throws a nice looking combination but Moreira bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Zod misses with a series of wild punches.

A lazy left from Zod finds it's target.
Moreira slips a jab from Zod.
Moreira walks into a straight right hand from Zod.
Zod lands with an overhand left.
Zod throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Moreira sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Moreira tries to clinch but Zod is having none of it.

Moreira throws a nice inside leg kick.
Zod ducks under a wild hook from Moreira.
Zod takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Moreira uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Zod.
Moreira scores with a nice body kick.
Zod throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Moreira stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A cross from Moreira lands.
Zod rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Moreira moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Left hook, right uppercut from Zod.

Zod throws a hook but Moreira avoids it easily.
Moreira misses with a jab, cross combination.
The fighters circle momentarily. Moreira darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Moreira misses with a wild body shot.
Moreira throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Moreira jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Moreira throws a combination. Zod tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like General Zod has been cut.
Zod defending well as Moreira loads up on a big left hand.
Moreira drops Zod with a naaaaasty hook - Zod is in real trouble here! Moreira dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
