Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mickey O Neill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Iverson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Neill comes to the cage accompanied by Oasis- Fuckin' In The Bushes. Iverson has chosen Through the pain as his entrance music. Mickey O Neill is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Neill looks to land a combination but Iverson avoids it well.

O Neill instigates a clinch.
A short right from Iverson on the inside.
O Neill prevents Iverson from breaking the clinch.
O Neill tries to break the clinch but Iverson is controlling the position.
O Neill is looking to break free of the clinch but Iverson has double underhooks.
A frustrated look appears on Iverson's face as he tries to break the clinch.
A bit of stalling here from O Neill.

Iverson breaks the clinch.
O Neill swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Iverson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
O Neill fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Iverson manages to avoid it.
O Neill falls off balance throwing a combination
and Iverson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
O Neill misses with a jab, cross combination.
Iverson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Iverson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
O Neill throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Iverson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Iverson keeps the fight on the outside.
O Neill throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A looping hook to the body misses from O Neill. Iverson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Iverson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
O Neill throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Iverson counters with a three punch combo that has O Neill backing up. O Neill nods at Iverson to acknowledge the strikes.
Iverson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A looping hook to the body misses from O Neill. Iverson does a little dance to reset his feet.

O Neill tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Iverson counters with a right hand to the body.
O Neill will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Iverson fails to land with a series of punches.
Iverson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but O Neill circles away quickly and effectively.
O Neill misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Iverson.

O Neill rushes Iverson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Iverson jumps guard but O Neill stands there with Iverson around his waist. Iverson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Iverson wants to break free but O Neill has control.
Iverson has had enough of the clinch but O Neill keeps him there for the moment.
A body shot lands from O Neill.

Iverson jumps guard but O Neill turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Iverson decides to pull guard.

Iverson pushes a forearm under O Neill's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, O Neill is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
