Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lucas has chosen Jay-Z- American Gangster as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lucas is defended easily by Boom.
Boom throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Frank Lucas has been cut.
Boom leaves Lucas with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Boom goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
An inside leg kick lands from Boom.
Lucas is trying hard to land a takedown here. Boom sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Sonny Boom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Lucas.

Lucas gets tackled into the cage by Boom. Boom maintains the clinch.

Lucas tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Boom lands an elbow inside that Lucas shrugs off.
Lucas is trying to break the clinch but Boom has him pressed against the cage.
Lucas with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Come on Lucas - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Boom controlling the action here for a moment.
Lucas jumps guard but Boom turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Lucas is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Boom is keeping busy.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Boom.

That has opened up Frank Lucas's cut even more.
Boom lands an elbow inside that Lucas shrugs off.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Boom.

The cut above Frank Lucas's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Boom lands a right hand.

Frank Lucas's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Lucas wants to get back to striking at distance but Boom won't allow it.
Lucas looking to stall.
Lucas wants a takedown.
Boom lands an uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boom is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Boom for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Lucas has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Boom is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Frank Lucas's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
