Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yoon Chung Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Faulk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Faulk's choice of entrance music: Holy Diver-Dio. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoon Chung Kim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryan Faulk!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim shoots in for a takedown but Faulk shows good takedown defense.
Faulk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kim counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Kim manages to break the clinch.
Kim has a takedown stuffed.
Faulk scores with a takedown into Kim's guard.
Faulk stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kim swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kim controls Faulk momentarily but Faulk frees himself.
Faulk working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Faulk's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Faulk throws a big right hand that misses.
Faulk looking to improve position, pressing down on Kim's thigh with his hand. Kim seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Faulk paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Faulk's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Kim picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Yoon Chung Kim!
Yoon Chung Kim spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
