Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dave Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Otorboater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dave Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Michael Otorboater!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Otorboater manages to avoid it.
Lee is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Otorboater dodges the punch combination from Lee.
Lee tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Lee closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Lee manages to break the clinch.

Lee instigates a clinch.
Lee jumps guard but Otorboater stands there with Lee around his waist. Lee gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee can't get the takedown.
Lee misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Otorboater.
Lee is trying to stall.
Lee tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Otorboater smiles and moves away.

Otorboater seems to be working for a kimura but Lee defends the submission attempt.
Otorboater wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lee keeps working.
Lee is looking for a sweep. Otorboater is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Lee is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Otorboater pulls his head out easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Otorboater changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lee looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Lee can't do much from the bottom here.

Otorboater tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Otorboater has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Lee is trying to buck Otorboater off.

Otorboater is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lee has escaped the position, nice work there.
Lee gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Otorboater trying to control but he's not successful this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Otorboater swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lee misses with a series of wild punches.
Lee throws a series of punches but Otorboater avoids them all with ease.
Lee looks to land a combination. Otorboater sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

and Otorboater counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Lee wants to clinch but Otorboater slips to the side

and Otorboater moves into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lee gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Otorboater looking for a triangle here. Lee is fighting it but it looks tight! Otorboater pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Lee is tapping out - this one is all over!
