The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moks jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Silva works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Silva defending well as Moks loads up on a big left hand.
Moks tries to work over Silva's front leg with a kick but Silva checks it.

Silva shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Moks manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Silva slips nicely into half guard.
Silva wants to pass to mount but Moks is defending the position.

Silva thows a huge punch but Moks dodges it nicely.
Silva wants to stand up but Moks is controlling the position.

Moks wants to improve his position but Silva is controlling well.
Moks might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Moks is trying to maintain the position but Silva is very close to passing his half guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Anderson Silva.

Silva closes the distance and pushes Moks back into the cage.

Silva lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Silva tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Moks manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Moks looks to land a right hand but Silva moved out of range.

and Silva counters with a nice uppercut.
Moks throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Moks attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

and Moks counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Moks on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Silva ducks under a wild hook from Moks.
Moks is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Silva.
Silva lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Moks throws a right and a left that both miss.
Moks will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Moks needs to keep his hands up - Silva had a free shot at his head there.
Moks takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Silva feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Mokss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Stefan Moks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moks misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silva shoots in but no luck this time.
Silva tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Moks was well out of range. Poor timing from Silva.
Moks looks to land a combination but Silva avoids it well.

Moks swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Silva is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

and Silva counters with a nice uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Moks fails to land with a series of punches.
Moks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away.
Silva tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Moks has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Silva has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Silva throws a body punch but Moks moves out of range.
A jab from Silva finds it's way through Moks's defenses.
Moks takes one on the button.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Silva lands a jab to Moks's midsection.
Silva fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
A combination from Silva does no damage.
Moks pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Silva thuds his right hand into Moks's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Silva has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Moks finds it's way round the side to connect with Silva's head.

Silva is rocked!
Moks steps in with a hook that catches Silva right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Moks follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Silva looks absolutely devastated.
