Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Luis Chalas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johnatan Pricer!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chalas avoids the head kick by Pricer.

Pricer fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Chalas sprawls well initially but Pricer persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pricer is looking for a kimura but Chalas is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Pricer to get the leverage.

Chalas regains full guard. Nicely done.

Chalas is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pricer is aware though and is defending well.

Pricer drops back looking for a leg! Chalas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Chalas manages to kick Pricer off! Pricer jumps back into Chalas's guard.

Pricer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chalas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pricer has managed to get both his arms back between Chalas's legs - danger averted.

Chalas working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pricer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pricer manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Chalas is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Pricer frees his head nicely. Oh but Chalas has switched to an armbar! Pricer is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
